Al-Houthi renews its demand to execute the director of the “Prodigy” company and seize his assets

The representative of the Houthi militia in the Criminal Court in Sanaa renewed the demand for the seizure of the assets of Prodigy Company, and the execution of its director, Adnan Al-Harazi, who has been in the militia’s prisons for a year.
This came during the tenth trial session held in Sanaa, on Wednesday, in which the Houthi prosecution rejected Al-Harazi’s lawyer’s request to release him on bail, citing that what Al-Harazi did through his company was considered a “serious crime.”
Human rights sources said that the aim of this accusation is to confirm the robbery that affected the company, through false justice.
The family of the kidnapped Al-Harazi accused the Houthi militia and its leaders of working to judicially confirm the robbery, and harming Al-Harazi’s safety... confirming that he has been in a solitary confinement cell, for more than a year, in the militia’s intelligence prisons in Sana’a.
In January 2023, the Houthi militia kidnapped the director of Prodigy Systems, Adnan Al-Harazi, threatened to execute him during the trial, and caused the dismissal of more than a thousand employees working in the company.
