Aden Belt Forces: The year 2024 will witness increased activation of the supervisory and punitive role

Brigadier Jalal Nasser Al-Rubaie, Staff of the Security Belt Forces, Commander of the Security Belt Forces in the capital, Aden, chaired, today, an important extraordinary meeting with the directors of the capital belt departments and leaders of the security sectors.
The meeting discussed a number of topics, the most important of which were the decisions taken by the Aden Belt Command regarding the events that accompanied the campaign to ban the carrying of unlicensed weapons and ban motorcycles and unnumbered cars in order to ensure that they do not reoccur and to refer those responsible to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.
The meeting discussed the security performance evaluation reports for the year 2023 AD, developing solutions and treatments for the problems they faced, monitoring the achievements achieved and preserving their gains. The main determinants of the new year plan 2024 AD were also discussed.
Brigadier General Al-Rubaie confirmed that the year 2024 will witness increased activation of the supervisory and punitive role and strengthening inspection and follow-up in administrative and security aspects to ensure that previous mistakes are avoided and not repeated, pointing out the need for citizens to adhere to the directives of the Security Committee and not violate them.
Al-Rubaie urged all leaders to increase control and coordination efforts to confront any emergency events and activate security performance, stressing raising security readiness, permanent and continuous inspection, preserving equipment and mechanisms, continuing attention to training, and making more efforts to organize and develop work.
The meeting approved a number of important decisions in the administrative and supervisory aspects that will be implemented during the general plan for the year 2024 AD.
The meeting called on users of social media and the media to investigate the truth, be credible, support the efforts of the security forces, and not adopt and spread rumors directed by the hostile media against the security services, calling on them to confront those rumours.
