The local authority in Sira approves the electronic collection of revenues to prevent manipulation and develop revenues

A meeting held today in the Sirah District in the capital, Aden, headed by the Director General of the Directorate, Dr. Mahmoud bin Jaradi, approved the revenue collection mechanism for the current year 2024 AD according to the electronic system, with the aim of preventing tampering with the collection process and contributing to enhancing revenue collection and harnessing it for development aspects and serving the public interest.
The meeting, which included directors of the executive revenue offices of the directorate, which includes finance, taxes, duties, works, tourism, culture, and transportation, touched on activating and improving the work of the offices in collecting revenues.
The meeting stressed the necessity of collecting revenues according to legal systems and regulations, taking strict legal measures against those who default on paying the legal amount, and reporting anyone who manipulates and imposes illegal fees.
