A meeting approves the collection of Sirah Directorate’s revenues electronically to prevent tampering and develop revenues

A meeting held in the Sirah District in the capital, Aden, headed by the Director General of the Directorate, Dr. Mahmoud bin Jaradi, approved the revenue collection mechanism for the current year 2024 AD according to the electronic system, with the aim of preventing tampering with the collection process and contributing to enhancing revenue collection and harnessing it for development aspects and serving the public interest.< /p>
The meeting, which included directors of the executive revenue offices of the directorate, which includes finance, taxes, duties, works, tourism, culture, and transportation, touched on activating and improving the work of the offices in collecting revenues. The meeting stressed the need to collect revenues according to legal systems and regulations, take strict legal measures against those who default on paying the legal amount, and report anyone who tampers with and imposes illegal fees.
