The security services in Shabwa Governorate were able this afternoon to arrest a person accused of killing a citizen, moments after he committed the crime.

A security source reported that the governorate police succeeded, within a short time, in arresting a person accused of a murder in the Al-Sawda area on the outskirts of the city of Ataq.

The source added, “The governorate police command received a report of a shooting operation in the Al-Souda area, which resulted in the killing of the citizen Fayez Saleh Salem Al-Shalfa Al-Barasi, by the perpetrator called (H.S.M.).

The source indicated that upon receiving the report, the security services stationed in the Al-Souda area of ​​the governorate police moved towards the site of the incident and within moments were able to arrest the accused and the wanted person was delivered to the Criminal Investigation Department in order to complete the legal procedures against him
