Aden Electricity warns that the President PetroMasila station will be closed tomorrow due to the detention of crude fuel tankers

The Aden Electricity Corporation warned that the President PetroMasila station will be closed tomorrow, Sunday, due to the detention of crude fuel tankers coming from Shabwa Governorate.
The corporation explained in a statement today, Saturday, that crude fuel tankers are being held by unknown persons in the Khabar Al-Maraqsha area in Abyan Governorate, which threatens to stop the station from operating.
The corporation confirmed that the President PetroMasila station is the main source of electricity generation in the capital, Aden, and that its cessation will lead to a power outage in the city.
The corporation called on the leadership of Abyan Governorate to intervene urgently to release the crude fuel tankers and ensure their arrival to the President’s station in Tromsila.
