Aden Security directs showroom owners to number and customs cars before selling

The security director of the capital, Aden, Major General Mutahar Al-Shuaibi, stressed today the need for car showroom owners in the capital to obtain permits related to buying and selling, and to commit to obtaining official permits such as a permit to practice the profession, adhere to all legal procedures during buying and selling, and prevent the sale of any non-custom-made vehicles. Major General Al-Shuaibi called on all citizens and car showroom owners to take advantage of the reductions in customs prices and have all their vehicles customsed before the specified deadline expires, because the security forces will not allow the movement of any vehicles without numbers on the streets of the capital.
Major General Al-Shuaibi stressed the need for coordination between the owners of car showrooms, the directors of the directorates of the capital, Aden, and the security services, and joint cooperation between the two sides to confront violators and prevent the commission of crimes in which unknown cars are used.
For his part, Director of the Traffic Police, Colonel Jamal Dayan, explained that this meeting with car showroom owners came to organize the process of numbering cars and selling them without customs papers or numbered ones, and the importance of obtaining customs permits and numbering vehicles.
The meeting approved organizing the car sales and customs process by showroom owners, preventing cars from being placed outside the yard or showrooms of car owners, completing the issuance of permits for showroom cars, and codifying the methods of buying and selling in accordance with legal procedures under the supervision of local authorities and Aden security.
