Lahj.. A gang was arrested that steals motorcycles and smuggles them to Taiz, Yemen

On Sunday, the Security Belt forces in Lahj Governorate were able to arrest a gang consisting of three people who practiced kidnapping and stealing motorcycles and smuggling them to the Yemeni Governorate of Taiz.
The Lahj Security Belt Forces Operations said in a statement that the arrest came after careful monitoring and follow-up of the gang’s activity, as one of the security points in the Tuban sector was able to arrest it while it was trying to smuggle a stolen motorcycle to Taiz.
The statement explained that the gang had lured a motorcycle owner from the Sheikh Othman District in Aden to the Sabr Balhaj area, and upon his arrival, they assaulted him by beating him and forcibly stole the bike.
The statement added that members of the security point were able to arrest the gang members, namely: (Sh. Q. A. N.), (M. A. A. F.), and (A. M. A. S.). They began investigating them to uncover the circumstances of their criminal activity.
The Security Belt Forces confirmed that they will take the necessary legal measures against the gang members and refer them to the competent authorities.
