The Financial Department of the Ministry of Defense announced the start of disbursing salaries to military units stationed on the battle fronts and camps for the month of August last Tuesday evening

An official source in the office of the department director, Brigadier General Abdullah Abd Rabbo, said that the disbursement process has been launched through private banks

Calling financial clerks in military units to go to the banks specified for each military unit to receive the salaries of their unit members

It is worth noting that the salary for last August was unexpectedly and unprecedentedly late. Meanwhile, approximately 17 months’ salaries are still unpaid to members of the army and security forces from past years.
