The Minister of Justice, Chairman of the Council of the Higher Judicial Institute, Judge Badr Al-Arda, today inaugurated the 24th batch at the College of Law in the capital, Aden, for the academic year 2023-2024 AD, the Department of Postgraduate Specialized Studies (first level).

The Minister of Justice heard from the Dean of the Higher Judicial Institute, Judge Dr. Nidal Sheikh, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Muhammad Saleh, to a detailed explanation of the arrangements, procedures and equipment that have been taken in order to make the educational process successful.

Minister Al-Arda stressed the necessity of arming students with knowledge in order to facilitate the performance of judicial work in the field and the application of the spirit of the law... stressing the importance of adhering to judicial behavior and applying judicial ethics.
