During the inauguration ceremony, Brigadier General Al-Rubaie delivered a speech in which he conveyed the greetings of President Commander Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi and the Commander-in-Chief of the Belt Forces, Brigadier General Mohsen Al-Wali, pointing out the importance of the role played by members of the Aden Ring Belt in securing the capital and its safety valve, praising the achievements that The encirclement forces achieved it during the past periods.

Brigadier General Al-Rubaie said, during his speech, that: “The South is going through a difficult stage, and that the conspiracy is great, and the enemies are planning against the South,” stressing: “We are rightful people, and we will not deviate or lean one bit against what our righteous martyrs have followed, and we will continue.” Marching until the restoration of the southern state and the return of its gains.”
