Protesters closed this Wednesday morning the branch of the Central Bank in Al-Mahra Governorate in protest against the delay in disbursing their financial dues.

The closure of the Central Bank by the Al-Mahra Governorate Contractors Union comes as an escalation measure after four years of their demands without receiving a response from the local authority

The protesters confirmed during their protest stand that they organized in front of the Central Bank in the city of Al-Ghaydah that their escalation program will remain open until their full rights are paid

 The protesters raised banners demanding that the leadership of the local authority instruct the leadership of the Central Bank to disburse their rights so that they can pay the debts they owe since implementing projects over the past years.
