Agent Al-Jilani witnesses the closing ceremony of the training program to develop youth capabilities for the districts of Al-Mukalla and Sayun

The Undersecretary of Hadhramaut Governorate, Mr. Hassan Salem Al-Jilani, on behalf of the Governor of Hadhramaut, witnessed the closing ceremony of the training program to develop youth capabilities implemented in the districts of the city of Mukalla and Sayun, which is implemented by the Hadhramaut Foundation - Human Development in partnership with the German Agency for International Cooperation GIZ.
During his speech, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Moaz Al-Maliki, Undersecretary Al-Jilani conveyed the appreciation of the local authority in Hadramaut Governorate, represented by the governor, Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, stressing the importance of the program that contributes to developing the skills and abilities of young people in a variety of fields, enabling them to achieve their full potential. And prepare for future challenges in line with technical and professional development.
In turn, the Executive Director General of the Hadhramaut Foundation - Human Development, Engineer Tariq Ali Balkhshar, indicated that the training program lasted for 10 months, filled with learning and discipline, during which the trainees underwent functional, entrepreneurial, and technical skills, which It will help them in their careers, saying: “Today we have 100, I will not call them trainees, but I can call them 100 qualified or competent people who are fully prepared to compete in the labor market with a strong shield of knowledge and skill.
The consultant for the PSEP project in Hadhramaut, affiliated with the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), Engineer Muhammad Al-Awaini, spoke about the program from which 100 young men and women benefited in various technical tracks. The program implementation phase lasted approximately 12 months in the form of two phases, the employment skills and entrepreneurship phase, and the technical pathways phase. Specialization, which was funded by the German Agency for International Cooperation GIZ - on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development BMZ - and in partnership with the Hadhramaut Foundation for Human Development.
The closing ceremony of the training program to develop youth capabilities witnessed multiple speeches, honoring the trainers with shields of appreciation, and all participants in the training with certificates, both in their fields of specialization.
