Socotra.. Removal of random buildings on public streets in the city of Hadiboh

The Governor of Socotra, Engineer Raafat Al-Thaqali, today supervised the removal of random construction in the general plans of the city of Hadibuh and its suburbs and the opening of side roads between neighboring units that were exposed to attacks.
Governor Al-Thaqali confirmed that efforts to remove random construction in the general plan will continue to protect the capital, Hadibuh, preserve its civilized appearance, and prevent random construction, especially since the city is witnessing a major urban expansion, which requires strengthening control over the construction process and organizing it, and securing public outlets, streets, and public service sites.
Al-Thaqali directed the competent authorities to intensify oversight and carry out their duty in protecting the general plan of the city of Hadiboh and to refer the aggressors to the legal authorities to take the necessary measures.
The steps of Governor Al-Thaqali and his interest in implementing the urban plan were greatly welcomed by the public because of its importance and great impact on the future of the city and its beauty.
For their part, the Director of the Office of Public Works and Roads, Abdul Salam Al-Jumahi, and the Director of the Land, Survey and Urban Planning Authority Branch, Muhammad Saad Jumaan, affirmed their keenness to protect the general plan, implement the directives of the Governor of the Governorate, Engineer Raafat Al-Thaqli, present the aggressors to the legal and judicial authorities, and remove the developments.
The process of removing the violations was attended by the Deputy Director of Police, Colonel Muhammad Abdullah Ali, and a number of specialists.
