The Governor of Hadramaut inspects work on the “Al-Ghalila - Al-Maqlab - Ambikha” road project

The Governor of Hadhramaut, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, inspected today the progress of work on the project to complete the construction and asphalting of the “Al-Ghalila - Al-Maqlab - Umbikha” road.
The governor heard from the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Roads in the Hadhramaut Coast, Engineer Saleh Fayez Al-Omari, about the completion rate of the project amounting to 36% and it is considered one of the most important projects in the city of Mukalla.
The length of the road’s route is 11 kilometers and its width is 24 meters. Upon its completion, it will alleviate many bottlenecks and congestions as it is connected to the central ring line and facilitate the passage of locomotives without entering the city center and from there to the main street in the Umbaikha area.
Al-Qarmoushi Trading and General Contracting Establishment, which is implementing the project, continues the earthworks, excavation, asphalting, and installation of curbs.
