A child was killed today, Saturday, by snipers of the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia, east of the city of Taiz.

A local source reported that the child Obaid Muhammad Obaid Muhammad (16 years old) was martyred as a result of being shot directly in the head by a Houthi sniper stationed in Tabet al-Saliheen.

The source indicated that the victim was transferred to Al-Thawra General Hospital in Taiz. This brings the number of sniping victims in the Al Shaqab area to 243 victims, including 43 martyrs and 200 wounded.

The Houthi militia continues to target civilians in the Najd Al-Marqab, Shahr, Al-Awaidan and Al-Farahi neighborhoods, and to target the line and the main road in the Al-Shaqab area.
