In a sad incident that shook the foundations of Dr. Nasher High Secretary for Health Sciences in Khormaksar District, a student died at dawn today, Saturday, inside the private student housing for girls.

According to journalist Hamdan Al-Quaiti, the student died suddenly while she was preparing to perform the dawn prayer in congregation with her roommates.

A state of sadness and sorrow prevailed among the students and professors of the institute immediately after the news of the death spread.

The administrative supervisor of the student housing explained that the student noticed that there was something strange above the ceiling fan moments before the prayer began, and suddenly she fell to the ground and died.

Immediately, the institute's male and female students took her to the hospital, but she had died.

The deceased student came from Lahj Governorate, Karsh District, and was studying in the second year at the institute.
