Two children drowned on Wednesday afternoon at the Buraiqa Bridge, and after the incident was reported in the afternoon by a third child who was with them at the time, and their families, the leadership of the Directorate, represented by Dr. Salah Al-Shoubji, Director General of the Directorate and Chairman of the Security Committee, directed all relevant agencies and authorities to investigate. The security services in the directorate and the Coast Guard in the oil port continued to search from Wednesday afternoon, until they were found on Thursday morning, dead. The bodies of the two drowned children were transferred to the Aden Refineries Company Hospital and then to the morgue of the Republic Hospital, Bakhour. Broken.
The two children who died as a result of the drowning accident were residents of Al-Basateen, Block 1, of Somali nationality. They are: Abdo Abdel-Razzaq Abdel-Wahed Sheikh, 10 years old, and Aseel Salim Othman Mohammed, 14 years old.
