Two children drowned on Wednesday afternoon at the Buraiqa Bridge, and after the incident was reported in the afternoon by a third child who was with them at the time, and their families, the leadership of the Directorate, represented by Dr. Salah Al-Shoubji, Director General of the Directorate and Chairman of the Security Committee, directed all relevant agencies and authorities to investigate. The two children who died as a result of the drowning accident were residents of Al-Basateen, Block 1, of Somali nationality. They are: Abdo Abdel-Razzaq Abdel-Wahed Sheikh, 10 years old, and Aseel Salim Othman Mohammed, 14 years old.
