The National Shield Forces inaugurated the training and combat year for the new year 2024, with a majestic military display presented by symbolic formations of the National Shield Forces.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Homeland Shield Forces, Brigadier General Bashir Al-Subaihi, stressed in his speech during the inauguration the interest of the leadership of the Homeland Shield Forces in enhancing high combat efficiency and qualifying the forces’ members, and providing them with the necessary skills and experience to raise their readiness for the national battle in confronting the Iranian-backed Houthi coup militia and confronting all the challenges that face it.  In his speech, the Commander also appreciated the great support provided by the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to build the Homeland Shield Forces, stressing that this is not surprising for the sister Kingdom’s leadership and our people to stand with our people at all stages and turns to achieve security and stability for the homeland.

Symbolic units of the forces, reinforced with military vehicles, presented a presentation during which they demonstrated their skills and high physical fitness, and the extent of their readiness to carry out the combat missions assigned to them with complete efficiency and ability.
