The governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, met today, Monday, with district commissioners, the tax office and its branches to discuss the progress of work after the electronic connection.

The meeting discussed the work progress of the Tax Office and its branches throughout the directorate for the month of January, after linking it to the Revenue Development Center, and its impact in resolving problems and controlling imbalances.

He touched on a number of difficulties in the electronic entry process and ways to solve them, and ways to enhance communication and coordination between different parties, to integrate and develop work mechanisms and correct them.

The meeting stressed the need to stand firmly and responsibly, in accordance with law and order, in the face of the violations observed by tax collectors, commercial establishments, and investors who default on paying taxes.
