Today, Decision No. (56) of 2024 was issued by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the first article of which stipulated the appointment of Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak as Prime Minister.

Article Two of this decision stipulates that members of the government will continue to perform their duties in accordance with decisions appointing them.

The third and final article of the decision stipulates that it will be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
