Selling rare Yemeni antiques in Paris

The Yemeni antiquities expert, Abdullah Mohsen, revealed the sale of half a meter of Yemeni gold abroad, which is a rare archaeological masterpiece.
Mohsen said, in a post on his Facebook page, “Half a meter of Yemeni gold...gone with the wind!”
Mohsen posted a picture of “a rare antique gold necklace half a meter long, consisting of a two-part chain of braided gold threads supporting a gold pendant in the shape of a bull’s head and surrounded by two Yemeni agate beads.”
The antiquities expert confirmed that it was “sold in Paris in January 2009,” noting that: “The bull’s head is a local traditional amulet that we have not seen anything similar to outside Yemen. It was made with purely local technology, and the bull’s head is usually in the middle of necklaces,” according to Dr. Laila’s testimony. Ali Aqeel.
