The Presidential Leadership Council stressed the importance of the Prime Minister and members of the government, and all leaders of state institutions, working from within, and urgently dealing with citizens’ concerns and needs in various fields, in the first directive to the new Prime Minister Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak. The meeting affirmed the Council's commitment to supporting the government's efforts and facilitating the exercise of its powers with full powers to alleviate the human suffering caused by the terrorist Houthi militias, and to achieve the aspirations of the Yemeni people to restore state institutions, security, stability and peace.
