The security services in the city of Sayun in Hadhramaut Governorate announced, yesterday, Friday, the arrest of three people accused of thefts that varied between “collectibles, gold jewelry, and sums of money.”

The Moral Guidance and Public Relations Division of Seiyun Police said in a statement that the police were able to arrest three accused of stealing gold, jewellery, and sums of money following a citizen’s report that a house had been robbed in the Hotat Sultana area.

The police indicated that a team was formed to investigate the case, which was similar to the criminal method. Investigations were carried out and information was collected until a number of people with previous convictions were suspected.

The police statement explained, “Investigations and investigations revealed the identity of the accused perpetrators, and they were arrested and placed in prison.”
