The Director General of Khormaksar Directorate, Awas Al-Zuhri, directed the Directorate’s Industry and Trade Office to seize ovens and bakeries that violate the roti selling price.

Al-Zuhri stressed the speed of action and the seizure of bakeries and ovens that violated the pricing of roti sales, which raised the price of roti, and the preparation of arrest reports for the violators and referring them to the competent authorities and the Public Funds Prosecution.

The Director General of Khormaksar confirmed that the local authority in the district will not tolerate those who tamper with people’s livelihood and exacerbate their suffering, noting that any bakery caught by raising prices will have all legal measures taken against it, up to and including closure.
