Today, a special farewell party was held for the children following the success of the strabismus correction operations performed on them at Al Ain Specialized Clinic in Aden.

 These operations were carried out with generous funding from the tourist restaurants of Aden’s beaches, and the Eyes Medical Foundation in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Camp Management, and the Aden Health Office, and coordinated by journalist Saleh Al-Obaidi.

The first camp to correct strabismus in children targeted ten cases in its first phase, where the operations were performed with complete success by a team of specialized doctors led by Dr. Hussein Al-Nufaili, Dr. Saleh Hussein Zein, and anesthesiologist Dr. Akram. The children and their parents expressed their thanks and gratitude for the support. which they received, expressing their happiness at the success of the operations.

This ceremony comes in honor and appreciation of the children who underwent these operations, as well as in appreciation of the efforts of the medical staff and supporters. In turn, Al Ain Specialist Clinic honored Dr. Hussein Al-Nufaili for his role in making the camp a success.

In an encouraging step, the restaurants of Aden’s tourist beaches provided their support for this event, stressing their social and humanitarian role in supporting charitable and humanitarian work.

The camp will continue to provide services and operations to children who suffer from blindness, based on the availability of capabilities and continuous support from the concerned authorities and philanthropists.
