Revealing the leader of the forgery crime in the archives of the Aden Land Office “document”

The security services and detectives were able to arrest the leader of the gang of forgery of official documents in the Aden Lands Archive. He is called (Khaled Abdullah Musa Al-Mansouri), red-handed, along with three other people. The head of the gang was accused of the forgery case against which the branch of the General Land Authority had filed a complaint and he was arrested.
In the details of the previous case, the Public Funds Prosecution accuses Al-Mansouri, who is 60 years old, of fabricating three alleged contracts for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, during the period from 2015 to 2020. He is one of the four defendants who were revealed by the Land Authority when they attempted to forge Documents.
The alleged contracts, according to a document from the Public Finance Prosecution, include:
- A lease contract for a floor designated for a kindergarten with an area of 3,696 square meters in Neighborhood Unit No. 218 in Al-Buraiqa District.
- Purchase contract for floor No. 9 with an area of 300 square meters in Neighborhood Unit No. A519 in Sheikh Othman District.
- Lease contract for floor No. 3 with an area of 1,600 square meters in Neighborhood Unit No. 182 in Khor Maksar District.
According to the Public Funds Prosecution, Al-Mansouri used these fake contracts with the intention of seizing those lands, and he also demolished part of the wall of the designated kindergarten in Neighborhood Unit No. 218 in Al-Buraiqa District.
The accused, Khaled Al-Mansouri, faces strict penalties, as crimes of forging official documents and harming public funds are punishable by imprisonment and a fine, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and Yemeni law.
The legal procedures for the accused are underway, with successive investigations to reveal everyone involved and dealing with this gang, and everyone who has a connection with, facilitation or manipulation will be held accountable, as the archive of Aden’s plans is a red line, and the official authorities will not be complacent in deterring anyone who dares to harm him. It is noteworthy that the leader of the gang had a history of forging official documents and memos for other governmental and judicial institutions, and this was discovered when he was caught red-handed by the security and investigations after a report filed by the Aden branch of the General Land Authority about the incident of fabricating forged documents and ascertaining who was behind them.
