Aden.. The Criminal Court issues prison sentences for those convicted of participating in a Houthi cell

Today, the Criminal Court of First Instance in Aden held its public session, headed by Judge Yahya Muhammad Al-Saeedi, and in the presence of the Deputy Prosecutor, Judge Abdullah Lasur, and the Secretary of the Court, Afaf Mohsen, in Criminal Case No. (23) of the year 1444 AH.
The court issued its ruling, which was pronounced as follows, convicting Ibrahim Ahmed Ali Rabie, Khalil Abdo Hassan Al-Hajri, Muhammad Abdo Hassan Al-Hajri, Mutasim Ahmed Muhammad Al-Maliki, and Manal Ahmed Salem Hayel Saeed, of what was attributed to them in the indictment.
The ruling punished Ibrahim Ahmed, Khalil Abdo, Muhammad Abdo, and Manal Ahmed with ten years’ imprisonment, and Moatasem Ahmed with five years’ imprisonment and confiscation of the seized items.
It is worth noting that the convicts had asked the court to file an appeal.
