The President of the Supreme Judicial Council reviews the progress of work in the Supreme Court

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, His Eminence Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, visited today the headquarters of the Supreme Court of the Republic in the capital, Aden, where he was received by the President of the Supreme Court, Judge Dr. Ali Ahmed Al-Awash.
The President of the Supreme Judicial Council heard, from the President of the Supreme Court, an explanation about the workflow in the court’s departments, and the role played by the Supreme Court in deciding cases before it.
He also reviewed the administrative organization that helps circuit judges achieve progress.
During the visit, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council was briefed on the information system and networking between the court and judicial affairs departments and praised the efforts made by its employees.
The President of the Council also praised the rulings accomplished by the Supreme Court during the past judicial year, in light of the difficult circumstances in which it performed its work.
For his part, the President of the Supreme Court appreciated the visit of the President of the Judicial Council, to review the court’s conditions and the difficulties it faces. He also praised the role played by the Supreme Judicial Council, to support judicial bodies in order to enable them to carry out the tasks legally assigned to them.
>The Council President was accompanied during the visit by His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Arda, and Council Member, Judge Sabah Al-Alwani.
