Bin Mubarak makes a surprise visit to Aden Passports to see how citizens’ transactions are completed

The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, today, Wednesday, made a surprise visit to the headquarters of the Immigration, Passports and Nationality Authority in the Khormaksar District in the capital, Aden, to learn about the work of the Authority and how to deal with and complete citizens’ transactions.
The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs inquired about a number of citizens, both male and female, who had transactions with the Authority, about the nature of the procedures and services and the type of treatment, including issuing passports. He directed that the necessary measures be taken to overcome the deficiencies, respond to the comments of citizens, male and female, about the transactions, and improve the services provided. Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak called on citizens to report any blackmail or ill-treatment they face in their transactions... stressing not to deal with any intermediaries to prevent them from being exposed to any blackmail.
