The Prime Minister calls for reporting any blackmail or brokerage to obtain passports

Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, called on citizens to report any blackmail or brokerage operations during the issuance of passports from the Immigration, Passports and Nationality Authority in the capital, Aden, and its branches in the various liberated governorates.
On Wednesday, the Prime Minister made a surprise visit to the Authority’s branch in the city of Crater to learn about the work of the Authority and how to deal with and complete citizens’ transactions.
According to the Yemeni Children's Agency (Saba), Ibn Mubarak inquired from a number of male and female citizens who have transactions at the authority, about the nature of procedures and services and the type of treatment, including issuing passports.
Dr. Ibn Mubarak directed that the necessary measures be taken to overcome the shortcomings, respond to the comments of male and female citizens regarding transactions, and improve the services provided to them.
The Prime Minister stressed that citizens should not deal with any intermediaries to prevent them from being exposed to any blackmail.
