The teaching staff at the Socotra College of Education announces the start of a partial strike to demand improvement of the conditions of its members

Faculty members at the College of Education in the Socotra Archipelago Governorate, affiliated with Hadhramaut University, announced the start of a partial strike in the college to demand improvement of their conditions.
This came in a statement issued by him. They confirmed that this escalation comes in protest against the deteriorating living conditions and the ignoring of their human rights demands.
According to the statement, the partial strike began yesterday and the faculty members responded positively to it, as part of their escalation that will continue for several days and then begin a total strike if their human rights demands to improve their conditions are not met.
Last week, faculty members issued Statement No. (1) announcing the suspension of red badges.
They explained that the situation the country is witnessing reflects negatively on them, and therefore they demand that their situation be looked into and that the college receive its right from the forms of support provided to education from (the Sheikh Khalifa Foundation and the Saudi Programme), which would contribute to the continuation of the educational process.
