Aden Electricity teams carry out a campaign to disconnect the random and double connections "two lines" in Dar Saad

Field inspection crews from the second region of the Aden General Electricity Corporation carried out a campaign to disconnect the random and double connection “two lines” of electrical current over two consecutive days, which included a number of homes, shops, and restaurants in the Yarmouk neighborhood in the Basateen area and the Al-Karaa neighborhoods in the Dar Saad district.
p>The campaign launched by the Aden Electricity Corporation aims to reduce the loss of electrical current due to random connection and to preserve the transformers and components of the distribution network from double connection (two lines) throughout the neighborhoods of the capital’s directorates, with the participation of a number of the corporation’s technical crews and security protection by the Security Belt Forces.
This campaign comes in accordance with the directives of the Minister of Electricity and Energy, Engineer Mani bin Yameen, and the Minister of State, Governor of the Capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, and under the direct supervision of the Director General of the General Corporation for Aden Electricity, Mr. Salem Al-Walidi.
It is noteworthy that the General Electricity Corporation of Aden has warned that anyone who will work to restore the double connection after being disconnected will be held accountable and placed in prison for violating the public electricity network.
