A truck driver named Hani Muhammad Nasr Abdullah, from Radfan Al-Habilain, was subjected to an armed attack by a gang of ten people in the Arqoub area of ​​Abyan Governorate on Tuesday morning.

It was reported that the gang blocked the path of the locomotive that was being driven by Hani, a resident of Al-Habilain Radfan, and shot him directly, which led to him being seriously injured in the head and body.

Hani was transferred to intensive care at a local hospital, where he is undergoing treatment for skull fractures and other serious injuries.

The people of the Radfan Al-Habilain region, Hani’s hometown, condemned the attack, and called on the security leadership in Abyan Governorate and the sheikhs of the Arqoub region to move quickly to arrest the gang members, bring them to justice, and provide justice to the victim.

Many citizens called for the need to take strict measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents, and this incident is considered an episode in a series of security incidents that Abyan Governorate has witnessed recently.
