Subject: Our financial settlements to the rank of Assistant Professor 

First of all, we wish you continued success and success in your tasks. With reference to the above topic, we are a group of faculty members (financially and academically appointed) at the universities of (Aden, Lahj, Abyan, and Shabwa). We have obtained doctoral degrees, and some of us have had them for nearly three years. After graduation, we have fatwas from the civil service, and our files were submitted to the Ministry of Finance some time ago, and we are still waiting for the settlement procedures to obtain the title (assistant professor),

They promised us a settlement in October 2023, but they did not fulfill their promise and said we will postpone it until next year 2024.

Given the difficult living conditions we are going through and our long wait for the settlement, knowing that some of us have only 50 thousand salaries.

We kindly ask you to direct us to approve our financial settlement to the rank of assistant professor in the month of April and to direct us to approve the settlement to begin work with the scientific title of assistant professor.
