The Supreme Judicial Council retracted its decision to refer the Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen, Ahmed Al-Maqibi, to investigation and prevent him from traveling.
Yesterday, the Supreme Judicial Council issued a decision to refer Al-Maqbaqi to investigation and prevent him from traveling against the backdrop of accusations of obstructing the work of the judicial authority, due to failure to disburse its budget.
The Public Prosecution issued a statement clarifying that the matter had been settled.
