Al-Zindani responds to the US State Department in defense of the Houthis

The prominent leader of the Yemeni Islah Party (Yemeni Brotherhood), Muhammad Abdul Majeed Al-Zindani, continued to defend the Houthi attacks against American and British ships.
In response to the US State Department statement condemning what he described as “reckless and indiscriminate attacks on civilian cargo ships by the Houthis,” Sheikh Al-Zindani commented in a blog post monitored by the “Yemen Echo” website on his official page on the “X” platform, saying, “It is enough that it hurts you and makes you scream.” ".
Al-Zindani took positions in support of the Houthi operations against Israeli ships, despite the state of hostility that the Yemeni Islah Party has maintained against the Houthis since March 2015.
Sheikh Al-Zindani Jr. is the son of Sheikh Abdul Majeed Al-Zindani, the most prominent leader of the Religious Reform Party and the most prominent religious figure of the party.
Al-Zindani's response highlights the position of the Islah Party, its branches, and its activists, which supports the Houthi group, especially since its war on ships.
