The Director General of the Dar Saad District in the capital, Aden, Mr. Aboud Naji Hussein, met this morning, Monday, September 25, 2023, at the office of the local authority in the District, the Deputy Director General of the General Authority for Lands, Survey and Urban Planning, Eng. Ali Hammoud, and the team accompanying him, in the presence of the Secretary of the Governor of the Capital. Aden, Mr. Muhammad Al-Junaidi, to discuss the conditions of the authority’s branch, its problems, its needs, the difficulties it faces, and the urban plans approved by the local authority and the necessity of reviewing them.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Director General of the Directorate welcomed the visit of Engineer Ali Hammoud and the team accompanying him and the Secretary of the Governor of the Capital, Aden, Mr. Muhammad Al-Junaidi, stressing its importance in reviewing the conditions of the Authority’s branch and supporting the efforts of the local authority in strengthening the branch with the various capabilities and technical matters required to enable it to carry out He performs his duties to the fullest.

Mr. Abboud Naji also called during the meeting for the necessity of handing over the service sites in all the blocks of the Bir Fadl area, so that the local authority can fence them off and protect them from encroachment, as well as standing by the owners of the official contracts that were issued to them over decades and enabling them to receive their lands. Emphasizing the readiness of the local authority in the directorate to provide all facilities and overcome difficulties for the success of the authority’s tasks in a way that contributes to preserving the state’s areas and lands, protecting government reservations, organizing plans, and reducing random construction.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Services Committee, Mr. Ahmed Hussein bin Othman, the Director of the Office of Industry and Trade, the Chairman of the Community Committees at the Bir Fadl Center, Counselor Jamal Ali Al-Esayi, and the Advisor to the General Director of Technical Affairs, Engineer Saif Ali Al-Qatwi.
