Iman Zubaidi, the director of the kindergarten school in the Al-Qaloua area of the temporary capital, Aden, refused to go on strike, out of concern for the education of the children.
Zubaidi confirmed, in a press statement, that she will remain in school and perform her work to the fullest, calling on parents to send their children to study as the school is open.
Zubaidi stressed that education is a basic right for the child, and it should not be compromised, and she appealed to parents not to allow instigators to go on strike to advance their interests at the expense of education.
This position comes in light of calls from some teachers to go on strike, in protest against the non-payment of bonuses.
It is worth noting that the kindergarten school in the Al-Qalou’a area is one of the most important schools in the capital, Aden, and includes a large number of students.
