A tribal arbitration in Aden ends a murder case that has been pending for 5 years between the Al-Hanashi and Al-Bashiri tribes

In a scene that reflects the values of tolerance and reconciliation, a murder case that had been pending for 5 years between the Al-Hanashi and Al-Bashiri tribes was ended through tribal arbitration that took place this Saturday morning in the Bir Fadl area in the capital, Aden.
The case dates back to 2019, when Azmi Khader Al-Hanashi, a son of Yafa, was killed by the Knights of Mohsen Salman Al-Bashiri, a son of Dreamers, on the western coast of Mocha.
The case remained unresolved for years, until a tribal arbitration committee was formed from the senior sheikhs of the Halim, Radfan and Yafa tribes.
Prominent tribal, political, military and security figures from various southern directorates attended.
The dreamer tribes’ arbitrators presented 10 weapons, a car key, and an arbitration award to the Hanashi tribes.
The Al-Hanashi tribe announced pardon and forgiveness for the sake of God Almighty for the perpetrator, Knights of Al-Bashiri.
The amnesty and forgiveness document was read to those present, emphasizing the importance of southern reconciliation and tolerance.
