Sources revealed that a young man from Hajjah called “Ishaq Al-Masrohi” was attacked by the commander of the Special Forces in the Fifth Military Region, the Brotherhood Hussein Al-Adba’i.
She continued: This torture resulted in nerve atrophy and rendered him unable to move.
She concluded: Brigadier General Al-Adbai was never satisfied with that, but rather deported him on a boat to Al-Khawkhah, then cut his salary, confiscated all his entitlements, and deprived him of treatment.
