In violation of the Prime Minister's directives, "Haydan" participates in the Arab Interior Ministers' meeting with 8 participants

The Minister of the Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, violated the directive of the Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, to rationalize spending for foreign participation, flouting his directives by bringing with him a number that exceeded the specified number.
Interior Minister Haidan is currently participating in the meeting of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers in Tunisia, which begins tomorrow and lasts for three days. He was accompanied by eight of the ministry’s officials and employees.
The Prime Minister’s circular stipulated that the number of members of the delegation participating in any event should not exceed two people, in order to rationalize spending on external participation.
The list of the minister’s delegation, according to what was circulated by activists on social media, included “Major General Dr. Qaid Atef Saleh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Human and Financial Resources Sector, Brigadier General Hussein Abd Rabbuh Saleh bin Abdan, Director General of Officer Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, and Brigadier General Dr. Khaled Mohsen Al-Okaimi, Director General of Personnel Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Brigadier General Dr. Abdul Khaleq Al-Salawi, Director General of International Cooperation and International Criminal Police, Ministry of Interior, Brigadier Jamal Fadl Abdul Karim Al Qutaibi, Director General of Planning and Organization, Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant Colonel Saleh Basmir, Deputy Director General of the Office of the Minister of Interior, and Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Muhammad Mutahar, Director The Department of International Cooperation in the Office of the Minister of the Interior, and Captain Salem Bamamoun, from the Moral Guidance and Public Relations Ministry of the Interior.
The behavior of the Minister of Interior is a direct violation of the circular on rationalizing spending on foreign participations, which was based on Cabinet Resolution No. 88 of 2018 regarding rationalization of expenditures and development of resources.
