The Shabwa Governorate Court of Appeal also ruled to uphold the death sentence by retaliation issued by the Bayhan Court of First Instance in Criminal Case No. 4 of 1444 AH, convicting Mustafa Abdel Khaleq Muhammad Mutahhar of the premeditated murder charged against him in the indictment and punishing him with retribution by firing squad until death for killing the victim, Imad Awad. The Shabwa Governorate Court of Appeal upheld, in its session, the death sentence by retaliation issued by the Ataq Court of First Instance in Criminal Case No. 35 of 1444 AH, convicting Muhammad Saleh Ahmed Ubaid of the premeditated murder charged against him in the indictment and punishing him with death by firing squad for killing the victim Mohsen.
