The Minister of Communications addresses mobile phone companies to pay accumulated debts

According to the directives of the Vice Chairman of the Presidential Command Council, Major General Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, and addressing the Central Oversight and Accounting Agency, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Abdullah Badib promised to address the mobile phone companies to pay the accumulated debts amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars from 2015 AD until 2023 AD.
These directives come in light of the emphasis from the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council on the necessity of working according to a chronic work mechanism, and a matrix of treatments and procedures for reforming revenue streams, and strengthening the oversight process by activating the role of the Central Agency for Oversight and Accounting over economic sectors, in a way that ensures the improvement and development of available revenues. .
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology confirms his intention to implement reforms in all institutions and sectors of the ministry, combat corruption, and control all of the ministry’s revenues.
