The security services in Al-Mahra Governorate arrested a gang of 10 people involved in stealing two SUV cars from in front of a citizen’s house in Haret Al-Nour.

A security source reported that the police received a report from the owner of the two cars stating that they had been stolen by unknown persons, and the police immediately began a search and investigation operation to find the perpetrators.

The source added that the police were able to determine the identity of the gang and its location, and carried out a qualitative operation that resulted in the arrest of all its members and the recovery of the two stolen cars.

The source indicated that the defendants confessed to committing the crime, and that they were detained under investigation and referred to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures against them.
