Today, the Security Belt forces in Abyan Governorate were able to recover a car belonging to the contractor of the Martyrs Stadium in Zanzibar after it was kidnapped by one of the stadium’s employees.

The Abyan Security Belt Operations explained that our forces were able to recover a car a few hours after it was kidnapped, after we received a report stating that a white temporary 2007 Abyan Corolla car belonging to the contractor of the Martyrs Stadium in Zanzibar had been kidnapped, and with direct follow-up from the Commander of the Security Belt, Zanzibar Sector, Commander Abd Sanad, it was identified. She added that the car was recovered and the hijacker was arrested by the Zanzibar Emergency Forces and placed in quarantine until the procedures were completed and he was handed over to the competent legal authorities and the car was returned to its owner.
