Former Minister: There is one way to activate good accountability, follow-up and oversight

Former Minister of Local Administration Abd al-Raqib Saif Fatah suggested a way to properly activate the monitoring and accountability system.
Fatah said in his blog post on the “X” platform that the relationship between the Presidential Council and the government is complementary.
Fath added the importance of separating responsibilities and powers between them, which leads to effective accountability, follow-up, and oversight.
He continued: The overlapping of responsibilities and authorities between them will lead to the absence of implementation of tasks and accountability for them.
Fatah stressed the importance of implementing these rules for institutional work.
