Jawad discussed with the Director General of the Office of Social Affairs and Labor in Hadramaut Al-Sahel, Ahmed Salem Badros, and his deputy, Omar Bawazir, the arrangements for holding the first general electoral conference, and the conditions of the fish associations participating in this important event that the Fish Cooperative Union for Southern Fishermen is preparing for in the coming period.

The Director General of the Social Affairs Office in the Coast welcomed the Acting Director of the Southern Fishermen’s Union, expressing his happiness at this important meeting to deliberate and discuss the most important issues on the internal arena of the Union, which would unify visions among all parties, especially the associations of Hadramaut Governorate, which have great influence in the sector. Badros also heard from Jawad a detailed explanation of his future vision for advancing the union and restoring its sovereign position among qualitative unions. After extensive discussion, a number of points were agreed upon, the most important of which are: sitting by the Social Affairs Office and working with all fish associations and the Union branch to arrange for entry into the conference, and coordination and communication by the Director General of the Social Affairs and Labor Office, Ahmed Badros, with all the general managers of the offices.
