UN experts arrive to assess the repercussions of the ship that was sunk by the Houthis off the coast of Mokha

The Yemeni government announced, on Thursday, the arrival of UN experts to assess the condition of the ship “Rubimar”, which sank in the Red Sea off the western coast of Yemen (Al-Mokha) as a result of a Houthi attack.
This came in a statement by the Minister of Water and Environment, Tawfiq Al-Sharjabi, during his meeting with the Chargé d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in his country, Shao Zheng, according to the official Yemeni News Agency.
Al-Sharjabi announced “the arrival of a number of United Nations experts (whose number was not specified) to help assess the repercussions of the environmental disaster of the sunken ship Rubymar.”
