The US Army: 3 drones and 4 Houthi missiles shot down

The US Central Command announced the downing of 3 drones that were launched from areas controlled by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia, towards the Gulf of Aden.
In a statement, it confirmed its success in shooting down 4 anti-ship missiles launched by the terrorist Houthi militias.
US President Joe Biden revealed on Friday that he had ordered strikes against the Iranian-backed Houthi militia, to weaken their capabilities and defend American forces in the region.
He explained in his State of the Union address to Congress, that this is why I created a coalition consisting of more than 12 countries to defend international shipping and freedom of navigation in the Red Sea.
He stressed that stability in Middle Eastern countries means containing the threat posed by Iran, adding, “As the Supreme Commander of the Army, I will not hesitate to take further measures to protect our people and members of our army.
